It's fine

The pocket design and size are good. I used this recently on both 9-day and 3-day trips; most of what I needed fit. The hook is a little small and will not fit on all bars. I also wish the bag had more structure to it. I've seen other toiletry bags with more sturdy sides that seem better for transport. For the price, it's just OK.

Very ok

I didn’t find the bag particularly exciting. It was sewn well but for the cost it was just a…bag. No great organizing pockets and the hook was smaller than I thought so can’t hang on every wall.

Excellent customer service

Seam broke. But covered by 1 yr warranty. A replacement was sent quickly! Service was friendly, helpful and prompt! The bag itself has been the perfect size, and has great organization! I don't usually hang it, and like how it zips open like a book. Everything is visible and accessible.

Great bag, needs bigger hanger

This is a practical and quite lovely travel accessory. Ample space with plenty of pockets. Would be a five star if hanging hook were bigger. It is so small that it will not hook over any but the tiniest towel rack. I cut off the hook from my old bag and sewed it in instead. At this price point, the bag shouldn’t need alterations.
