Very confusing to verify order. I ordered two children’s travel bags, with initials and one with a yellow heart and one with a red heart.
In the viewing picture after placing my order, reflected the child’s initials with a red heart for both.
I texted the virtual assistant to get a store rep to verify that one heart was yellow.
It needed to be changed by the rep.
When the bags came: both bags had the correct initials and one with the corrected yellow heart and the second came with a BLACK heart.
In the view after placing my order it reflected this bag with a red heart
In the description it had a black heart.
It was explained to me in the small print for description it read black heart.
Why would it have the correct initials and reflect a red heart in the viewing picture and it read down in the description black?
They refused to replace stating all personalization is a final sale.
What a $100+ disappointment when the birthday child asked for a red heart.
