Official Rules

New Mom Essentials Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

The New Mom Essentials Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Employees, officers, and directors of STATE Bags, 7AM, Bala, Bumpsuit, Canopy, Lalo, Magnetic Me, Nemah, Perelel, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, judges, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM EST on January 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on January 22, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry:

1. Online Entry (Landing Page)
Visit the official Giveaway landing page and complete the entry form by providing the requested information. Completion of the form constitutes one (1) entry.

2. Instagram Entry
You may also enter by participating via Instagram. Details, requirements, and instructions for entry will be provided in the official Giveaway post on Instagram. Completion of all steps outlined in the post constitutes one (1) entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person per method. Automated, robotic, scripted, or bulk entries are prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

Prize Package and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package with an approximate total retail value of $2,549:

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing within five (5) business days following the close of the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policies and may be shared with participating brand partners for marketing purposes.

General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized human intervention.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
