Beyond pleased

We originally bought a STATE bag in August 2023, the lamination begin to separate within weeks of our daughter using it. We waited through the school year, but finally reached out for a replacement. STATE went beyond our expectations and replacing the bag with a new one (which has held up excellent so far) as well as went out of their way to ensure we were happy customers in the end. Highly Recommend

We've used the Kane Backpack for about a month now and so far, it's held up great! We got the regular Kane Backpack (for ages 4 to 8 years old), which has TONS of pockets for organization on the inside. This is for my 4-year-old in Pre-K 4 and is the perfect size for his age. It didn't completely swallow him but is definitely big enough to use for the next few years.
