"... A side strap holds a water bottle or a stuffed teddy snugly in place, and a separate mesh pocket for when dirty laundry piles up on vacation. One of the coolest features of this suitcase is the luggage sleeve on the back that allows you to slide the suitcase over your own when your kids are too tired to pull it. The fun colors and prints allow kids to express their individuality."

STYLE INSPIRATION
The bag is just what I wanted. A small bag with wheels for short visits to my grandson.
I’ve given this to four of my eight grandchildren upon turning 4 years old. It’s the ‘winning’ gift every time. Their imaginations cause them to run fill it with toys and ‘go on vacation’. It’s wheeled all over their houses filled with treasures. On the travel side, each child can easily roll it through airports, and their parents love having free hands for their own luggage and younger children. Add that to the fact it’s great looking and a really sturdy, but lightweight suitcase, a wonderful product! I first purchased the larger Logan for an older grandchild and it was such a success I looked for the mini for the 4 year olds.
We ordered the mini Logan carry on suitcase for our 4yo boy. It’s absolutely adorable and the perfect size for him! It seems really durable and well made. He’ll definitely be able to use it for a few years.
The Mini Logan is a nice bag, seems high enough quality, although it's very expensive for a child's item. The biggest drawback is the size. For a 3.5 yo, it's small enough that a child can roll it around, but it's still pretty bulky and wouldn't fit say under the seat of a commercial airline flight. Note the thickness--10"--so it's nearly a cube, as opposed to what you'd typically think of in a rollaboard bag which is thin in one dimension.
So, what you're buying is somewhere between a toy and a real bag. It's large enough that any travel you do will need to account for it. It's one of your "carry on" or "personal item" bags, and we all know how much airlines are watching these. But, it's also not big enough to pack much, i.e. to really be used like you would a carry-on suitcase. So, before purchasing, ask yourself, how will this bag factor into your collection of bags the next time you fly with your kid? What will it carry and who will carry it?
I'd love to see a version that was truly "mini"--i.e. much smaller and really just a toy for kids. Otherwise, you may as well upgrade to a larger bag that will actually be useful while traveling with kids.
My 2 and 5 year old have this size of suitcase and absolutely love it! It’s the perfect size for them and well made.
