Great for a kid who keeps leaving her backpack on the floor..

The main reason I resorted to this backpack was because my kid won't stop putting her backpack on the floor/ground. By the end of each school year a cheap backpack I buy was scuffed and torn. I had to spend more time looking for a durable backpack. This backpack is heavy but it's definately holding up! I realized my kid would handle it (just a little more) carefully with it too because I keep telling her it's not a cheap backpack. lol She's in the third grade and I told her she's gonna keep this backpack through the 6th. Bought the lunch bag with it just because but it turned out I needed the lunch bag too. It's very sturdy, easy to clean and not many kids have it so it's easy to spot it at school. Originally bought Kane DP Large but exchanged it with DP for my 8 year old. It was just way too big for her. I think she'll be ok with DP through the 6th.

Great backpack, but huge

Definitely did not need this size for my (tall) 4th grader! For context, she has a folder, notebook, Chromebook, lunch, and water bottle every day. We could have fit all of that with one size down. This bag is huge!

Beautiful Bag

We love State bags, they are our go to bags for school. They are high quality, super cute, durable and they last. I did notice this size is bigger than the same size last year, which was a great improvement. I love the gold because it stays clean and wipes clean easily when needed. Highly recommend!! My daughter is in 2nd grade and the bag is a great fit for her.

Fantastic Quality

This was my first purchase from State Bags, and it didn’t disappoint. The quality is hands down the best I have come across. Comparing this to a Pottery Barn backpack, State is far superior. I love the unique designs that really make your student stand out . I will continue to recommend these backpacks to friends with children from now on. Heck I kind of want one for myself !

Love it!!

This book bag is the perfect bag for our 7.5 year old 2nd grader! Will definitely be able to use in years to come. The quality is better than I expected which is great! Love the two compartments and then there are additional compartments within the big part. Also a hidden air tag pocket which is great. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from STATE again. Very satisfied with the product and the customer service was on point!
