This Wednesday will be big. Beyoncé show-stopping, end-of-summer -worthy, cheesesteak-guzzling, two bag -drops-in-one-day BIG.
That’s right. August 27th will be one of the most colossal days in buy-one, give-one backpack history. We’ve teamed up with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Philadelphia to execute two bag drops, one with #BeyGOOD, and the other in partnership with Urban Outfitters.
The first will take place at the Shane Victorino Club in Nicetown, PA, the second at the Bridesburg Boys and Girls Club. Upwards of 500 bags will be given away.
Philly needs us! Nearly 1 billion dollars was cut form Pennsylvania’s K-12 education budget last year, “The City of Brotherly Love” taking the largest toll in the state. Our mission is to serve kids in our own backyard who are struggling from critical economic circumstances and dismal education systems. The Boys and Girls Club was also found to serve American youth and inspire them to reach their full potential as responsible citizens.
