Yesterday, STATE Bags in collaboration with Kids Creative carried out its powerful GiveBackPack Program, surprising close to 60 students at PS 102 in Harlem with new backpacks.
As the students excitedly participated in the 60-minute workshop, then proudly sported their new bags, they were reminded that what they had on their backs wasn’t just a bag, but a Give-Back-Pack, resembling a responsibility to make the world and themselves better each time it was worn.
